F.A.Q. (Frequently asked questions)
Printfetti
What is it?
Printfetti is customised confetti using your photos to make them unique. We would suggest that due to the size and weight of each one, that they are not thrown at people (Your choice) but used as table confetti. By scattering it on your tables, or using in invitiations/thank yous' etc. you can create a unique talking point for your event.
Can I get a sample?
All our orders are custom made, due to this we can offer a sample (our own photos) but there is a small fee (£1.50) for this to cover postage. Please create an account and use the shop to order.
How many photos can I use?
You can upload as many photos as you want, however each order line has a limit of 10 photos/crops. If you require more than 10 different photos, we would suggest adding 2 small order lines to your order.
Can I get an order of different shapes?
Due to the production process our minimum quantity of any shape is 250. If you would like more than one shape, you will have to order each shape separately.
What size are they?
Each Printfett is cut to 1" in size at it's widest point.
Are they double sided?
Yes, we print your photos on both sides in a random order. If there are only two pictures we print one picture on one side, and one on the other.
Chocfetti
Do they contain nuts?
Yes, this product may contain traces of nuts, sorry :(
Where should I keep the Chocolates once purchased
A cool room out of the sunlight, we would advise against putting them in the fridge unless necessary.
What chocolate is the Chocfetti kisses?
For the Kisses we use Hershey's Kisses imported by a local company from the USA.

General
What type of payment do you accept?
Currently Printfetti uses Paypal to process payment transactions. Paypal allows you to pay with Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American express, Solo, Direct debit, Giropay and you are not required to have a Paypal account to make a payment.
What photographs should I use?
You should upload photographs to our website WITHOUT cropping or resizing them first, any cropping or resizing you do could compromise the quality of the finished product. When you are cropping your photos on our website, there is a quality rating system, and you are looking to get at least 4 star or 5 star quality. The crop facility will not allow you to go right to the edge of a photo (We have to over print these to allow a minor margin of error), or select an area too small (Will produce fuzzy photos). Although your photos may look great on the screen, your screen resolution is at least 6 x lower than a printer! You CAN use mobile phone photos, however the quality of them is never as good as a proper camera.
How can I keep up with what you are doing?
Follow us on Twitter, and join our fan page on Facebook (You can also click on the icons at the top of the page!)

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, however this is a family based business and as such we are not always operating during these hours. We will try and answer emails as soon as possible, including over the weekend and evenings (But this is not guaranteed)
What paper do you use?
We use paper from Xerox who are Commited to paper sustainability.. Although we would love to use 100% recycled paper, we were never able to find any that we considered gave a good enough result. However we will be monitoring the market for even better paper!
